Are you happy with the community you're building?

Marketing is forever changing. There will always be a new trend and new ways of doing things. 

Something that people really want is "community". 

We only have to look at 2020 and how we were isolated from each other. We all know how that felt. As humans we are made to connect with each other. 

Finding the right community is so important. Creating one that's a good fit for potential clients is what will help grow your business.    

As a business owner it's so important that we make people feel welcome. Not just when they initially find you but we need to keep that relationship going. 

Know like and trust is so important and the correct Marketing and how you make people feel all of the time determines whether people stay in your community. 

Nurturing those relationships is the difference between having a successful business or NOT. 

We live in a world obsessed with vanity metrics. Sure it's great to build a following but ask yourself this 

"Do my followers care about what I have to say? Are they in my community because they feel welcome?"

All of these are important questions because people stay where they feel appreciated. As I say to all of my clients you have to give people a reason to care.

Marketing isn't really about you its for your tribe. It's letting them see that you are the person they want to be around and work with. 

When you look at Marketing like this it involves taking your ego out of the picture. In the online space we often see people bragging about the lifestyle that they have. As a business owner it's important that you show your community that you have their best interests at heart. 

People can see through the nonsense so keep things simple. Care about what you do and the people you serve and you will build a community that excites you.
